Challenge

New England has always been in the lead in the LEED effort due to the harsh winters.  Banwell Architects of Lebanon, NH was hired to design an energy efficient building for this regional bank in Vermont.

Solution

Energy cost savings make dollars and sense for a financial institution, winning the confidence of its patrons.  Interior design utilized sustainably designed products and applications.  Banwell Architects won several awards for this building, including the Efficiency Vermont’s “Better Buildings By Design 2004, Innovation in Integrated Design” Award.  Carol Currotto was the Interior Designer on the team.
