PORTFOLIO Aigburth Vale Senior Community ALL CATEGORIES ADAPTIVE REUSE CORPORATE EDUCATION HEALTHCARE LEED MULTI-FAMILY SENIOR LIVING HOSPITALITY/RETAIL WELLNESS Challenge Renovating a senior apartment building located in both a vintage 2000 4 story building AND a vintage 1868 historic home on the National Register. Solution ADA upgrades are also a part of the work here. Traditional colors, finishes, furnishings and artwork will update all of the public spaces of both buildings. The grand porches will welcome residents and visitors with new furnishings.
